The Vorwort Cooperative

Vorwort is not an accelerator, a co-working space, or a VC play.

It's a cooperative: a small group of founders and builders working on real problems together, sharing equity across the portfolio, and actually helping each other get to market. No theatre, no networking for the sake of it, no hype.

Two ways to get involved

Bring a problem. You have a project or idea you want to turn into a product. We act as your all-rounder co-founder on tech, ops, and GTM. We put in up to 5k and our time to get you to your first paying customers. We take a fair equity stake. That's it.

Join as a builder. No specific idea yet? You can join the cooperative as a contributing member. You work alongside the other founders on live ventures, bring your skills, and earn equity in the collective portfolio. You don't need a perfect CV or a billion-dollar idea. You need a problem you actually care about and the willingness to do something about it.

What you will not get

The biggest offices or the shiniest tools. Tokens will be finite. We treat constraint as a forcing function for smart design, not as a problem to throw money at.

Stay away if your product does not solve a real problem in a clever way and you are not genuinely committed to making it happen.

Market size does not decide whether a problem matters. Bootstrapping is as valid as fundraising. Cashflow beats valuation.

Who fits

No background required. The cooperative has room for people who do not fit the typical founder mould:

How it works

We put together a small cohort each year: three to five founders or teams working in overlapping areas. You keep your company and get a slice of everyone else's. The group shares knowledge, network, and honest feedback in a space built for thinking, not performative hustle.

No drawn-out application process. Just reach out, tell us what you are working on, and we will figure out from there if it is a fit.
